Shipping and Handling:
The shipping and handling charges for your order are based on the size and weight of each piece of art, and the packaging materials that it takes to safely ship it to you. After receipt of your order and payment is received, most purchases are shipped from the gallery by UPS, to arrive within 5 business days. Some over-sized items may require custom made shipping containers and will ship within 10 to 14 days. We will notify you by e-mail of any delays immediately.
Return Policy:
At LionsHead Gallery our customer's satisfaction is a top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from purchase date. All products must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition, in original shipping container and be returned with all accompanying certificates/paperwork you received with your order. You can either request a substitute product or a full refund (price of product plus one-way shipping cost). LionsHead Gallery does not pay for return shipping fees.
Damaged Artwork:
Contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods, at:
helpdesk@lionsheadgallery.com. All LionsHead Gallery products ship insured and will be replaced if received damaged.
