Gail Dragon was born and raised in Chicago. Surrounded by the sights, sounds and diversity of the Windy City, she grew to love and appreciate art

Gail has been working in pastels for the last few years and has really enjoyed the challenge. Pastels are a combination of blending and layering to create your painting. You mix your colors right on the surface, you can be bold or soft with them. This is exactly what Gail loves about this medium.
